Porcion 83 belong to Ascencion's father (Juan Perez Martinez and 1/4 to his brother inosencio Perez Martinez, both dscendents of Pedro Jose Perez. They both bouht the 1/2 grant from Apolinario de la Garza. The West Half of the Porcion was purchased by Juan Bautista Villarreal, your ancester. The full grant belong to Apolinario de la Garza as second owner. Apolinario was the grand father of Ascencion and her sister Viviana de la Garza the wife of Inosencio Perez Martinez. East half porcion 83 is now LaSagunada Ranch. Juan Bautista's west half was used as security and lost to lawyer Jim Wells he defended the property as colectoral against some legal case in early 1900's. Apolinario de la Garza owned porcion 84 and 85 as second owner. Porcion 84 belonged to Julian de la Garza, his brother but Julian was killed by the Apache in San Patricio county. Apolinario lived in Camargo and did all the book keeping for his family.
