On June 18, 1885, Manuel Villarreal sold all his interest in Porcion 8, "San Roque de la Cruz", to Ponciano Longoria for one peso. He had inherited this land from his mother, Maria Ysidora Ramirez de Villarreal. In the same document, Pablo Diaz also sold his interests in the same Porcion 8 to Ponciano Longoria for 50 pesos.
